Located in the peaceful community of Cowichan Station, just minutes from Duncan, Fairbridge Chapel is ideal for couples seeking a unique wedding venue with character, heritage, and simplicity.
Please note that we are limited to holding 10 events per year. The chapel is unheated, so can only hold events from May through end of October. So contact us to arrange a viewing and book your event early!

Seasonal Bookings
The chapel is available for weddings from May through end of October, ensuring optimal weather and greenery for outdoor photography and guest comfort.
Ceremony & Photos Only
The chapel does not have reception facilities, but we can make some local suggestions of reception venues.
Access, Keys & Decorating
- You can pick up the key one week before your wedding.
- You will have full access during that entire week for decorating, rehearsals, and setup.
- This generous access window allows you to personalize the space at your own pace.
Parking & Guest Logistics
- Seating available for up to 280 guests.
- Onsite parking is limited to approximately 50 cars.
- Carpooling or shuttle service is required for larger weddings.
- Chapel Society volunteers will assist with parking management on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Rental Fee
- $1,150 – 2026 rate
- $1,500 – 2027 rate
Plus a $250 refundable damage/cleaning/key deposit
Facility rental only — no staff, decorations, or event-planning services are provided.
